B2B Marketing Executive - Healthcare

The company is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its friendly, hardworking and skilled team. You'll join a successful company built on teamwork, collective responsibility and doing things correctly.
Working closely with the wider commercial team, you'll support the development and delivery of B2B marketing activity designed to generate leads, build brand awareness and support the continued growth of the business.
This is a varied role covering digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, events and CRM management. It would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, creating engaging content and managing multiple marketing activities from idea through to delivery.
This role is full\-time, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads, build brand awareness and support commercial growth.
- Create, schedule and manage engaging LinkedIn content.
- Create and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates and lead\-generation campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the CRM and marketing database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Support the planning and delivery of webinars and virtual events.
- Coordinate the production of event collateral, branded merchandise and other promotional materials.
- Provide marketing support for conferences, exhibitions and industry events.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
- Monitor marketing activity and identify opportunities to improve engagement, lead generation and campaign performance.
- Previous experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn or other business social media channels.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve and take ownership.
- Self\-motivated team player.
- Can\-do, positive attitude.
