As we accelerate our B2B growth journey, we’re looking for a thinker and a doer who thrives in fast\-moving environments. Someone who’s great at building structure, identifying opportunities, launching campaigns, testing new ideas and optimizing based on performance and insights.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll own and drive B2B growth initiatives from scratch, from positioning and campaigns to pipeline generation and commercial growth, working closely with both marketing and commercial teams.
What you’ll actually do

- Plan and run full\-funnel B2B initiatives and campaigns across channels, from awareness and demand generation to conversion
- Work closely with sales and commercial stakeholders to contribute to commercial growth
- Own and improve the B2B buyer journey: conversion paths, nurture flows and lifecycle initiatives
- Help shape Kry’s B2B positioning and messaging across markets
- Continuously test messaging, creatives, channels and audience strategies to improve performance

- 3\-5 years of experience within B2B growth marketing, demand generation or similar
- Experience running hands\-on campaigns across channels, CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, as well as marketing automation and ABM initiatives
- Strong understanding of B2B funnels, buyer journeys, conversion and performance metrics
- Experience working closely with sales and commercial stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands\-on execution
- Strong prioritisation and project management skills in fast\-moving environments
- Fluency in Swedish and English, French is a plus
