A vacancy for Avionics V\&V Engineer in the Navigation system team has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.

- Responsibility for the integration and management of specific equipment and systems (both airborne and ground segments, at hardware and functional level) necessary in the system to perform its intended missions.
- Development of Test Procedures, Certification and Verification Documents
- Perform and/or monitor tests and perform analysis of test results
- Support Certification and Qualification process
- Support the whole design process including design review meetings (internal, supplier and customer milestones)
- Master's degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, or comparable discipline
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a related field
- Desirable background / knowledge: Aircraft Avionic/Navigation Systems, Software Test Engineering, Requirements Based Engineering
- Analytical thinking skills, independent working style and good communication skill
- The ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team
- Fluent in English
