This 18\-month career acceleration opportunity will help you develop your skills and pave the way to becoming a future leader of Loro Piana.
During three six\-month rotations, you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana. Throughout this tailor\-made journey, you will receive continuous guidance from the *Maison* ’s managers and embrace rewarding challenges.
The programme is based in Italy and offers missions where applicable.
Job responsibilities
Step into the world of Loro Piana through the Avenue Product Marginality \& Pricing program , focused on understanding how pricing and marginality support product strategy and business performance.
Your journey begins with consecutive rotations within the Collection Merchandising and Product Marginality teams, where you will gain hands\-on exposure to price architecture, cost structures , and margin definition across collections. Working closely with cross\-functional teams, you will develop a strong understanding of how, across the product development cycle, pricing and costing are managed to ensure the company can meet its marginality targets.
The program concludes with in\-depth exposure to Production, allowing you to explore costing dynamics and the industrial drivers behind product value.
This opportunity enables you to strengthen your analytical skills and contribute to informed decision\-making and long\-term business sustainability at Loro Piana.
Profile
What are the eligibility criteria?
- + Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Management or related fields
+ Availability to start a full\-time position by July 2026
+ Availability to work in Italy without visa sponsorship
+ Proficiency in English and Italian
+ Willingness to travel and relocate both within Italy and globally
