AV Project Manager for Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center

Exciting things are happening at Tivoli Hotel \& Congress Center, and we are now looking for an AV Project Manager to join our skilled AV team!

Since 2010, Tivoli Hotel \& Congress Center has provided venues and professional resources for countless event organisers. Every day, we host everything from small and medium\-sized meetings using our in\-house AV equipment to major congresses featuring advanced AV productions. We deliver in\-person, hybrid and digital conferences. We operate in an international environment – both among our colleagues and the guests we serve – and communicate extensively in both Danish and English.

Tivoli Congress Hall can accommodate up to 2,400 people. Combined with our two auditoriums and 48 meeting rooms of various sizes, we can host events with up to 3,000 participants. This makes us one of Copenhagen’s largest congress and conference venues. Our aim is always to deliver 'state\-of\-the\-art' productions, and we continuously update our conference equipment and refine our equipment packages.

About the position

As our AV Project Manager, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks. You should therefore enjoy a busy working environment where no two days are the same. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in client meetings when required, where you and the responsible Event Manager will present and advise clients on the most suitable technical solutions for their specific event


• Preparing AV quotations for events of all sizes and follow these up with the clients.


• Preparing technical handover for the AV operational team.


• Managing and documenting own projects and ensure they get off to a great start.

We imagine that our new colleague:

• Has a solid overview and works in a structured manner


• Has broad experience in delivering international congresses, parties, award shows and online productions, including live streaming and video conferencing


• Has advanced English communication skills, both oral and written


• Has experience preparing quotations in Rentman.

• Flexible regarding varying working hours


• Service\-minded and able to keep a professional approach and maintain a positive tone – even during particularly busy periods


• An effective team player who can collaborate across professional disciplines and with many different colleagues and clients.
