Tasks

• Provide timely on\-site engineering support to clients for audio\-visual equipment setup and maintenance.


• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, ensuring minimal downtime for client operations.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.


• Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs to ensure consistency and reliability in service delivery.


• Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide clients with innovative and efficient solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.


• Minimum of 2 years experience in AV engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of AV systems and technologies.


• Proficiency in troubleshooting AV equipment and systems, including video conferencing, projectors, and sound systems.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
