Esmark Finch Ltd is a specialist vehicle conversion company. We design, engineer and deliver bespoke vehicle solutions for our clients, combining technical precision with exceptional craftsmanship. Our work spans vehicle design via AutoCAD and PX, complex electrical systems, vehicle graphics and branding, bott storage solutions, high\-end vehicle wrapping, and specialist vehicle films.

About the Role

As a Junior Automotive Technician / Vehicle Fitter, you'll learn and grow alongside experienced colleagues, picking up skills in specialist vehicle conversion from day one.

• Assist in the installation of electrical and mechanical systems — lighting, communications, and control units.


• Work alongside senior technicians to complete full vehicle conversions to the highest standards.


• Learn to diagnose and test systems using modern tools and processes.


• Follow structured build documentation and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

✅ Passion: A genuine love of cars, vehicles, motorsport, or hands\-on technical work — this is non\-negotiable.

✅ Experience: Some exposure to automotive, electrical, or mechanical work (professional, educational, or hobby level welcome).

✅ Mindset: Eager to learn, reliable, and a team player.

✅ Language: Good communication skills in English.

✅ Licence: Full driving licence (preferred but not essential).
