Automation & Hyperautomation Engineer

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Role:

• Responsible for ensuring the operation, stability, and evolution of Automation and Hyperautomation solutions, acting as an operational reference within the Automation CoE.

Profile:

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field;


• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles;


• Strong knowledge of UiPath and Power Automate, with solid ability to analyze existing workflows, identify issues, and resolve them;


• Good ability to design and implement new automation workflows in collaboration with different business units;


• Strong focus and delivery capability in innovative technologies, especially related to agentification;


• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio;


• Strong ability to propose improvements to existing automations, suggesting enhancements based on agentification concepts, with a particular focus on new automation technologies, agentification (Copilot Studio), and agent governance, ensuring compliance, quality, and scalability of production solutions;


• Good level of English;


• Excellent analytical and communication skills;


• Attention to detail and proactivity;


• Willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility;


• Autonomy and organization in complex environments.
