About the Role
You will work with automation in an environment where complete packaging equipment solutions are developed and delivered through close collaboration across disciplines. The role combines programming, testing and commissioning with a strong focus on making automation and process engineering work together to secure full system functionality.
You will be part of a larger automation organization and contribute in a cross-functional scrum team with different specialist competences. The work spans both new development and changes to existing solutions, with room to support users, solve technical issues and help customers get the most from the systems. It is an exciting opportunity if you enjoy influencing the full lifecycle of complex automation solutions.
Job DescriptionYou analyze requirements and turn them into automation solutions adapted to different product types and customer needs.
You design systems and create new or update existing HMI, database and PLC programs based on project needs.
You test and commission solutions to ensure the automation works reliably together with the overall process design.
You collaborate closely with engineers in other disciplines within a cross-functional scrum team delivering complete equipment solutions.
You troubleshoot technical issues, provide ongoing customer support and help train customer personnel on systems and modules.
You contribute throughout the development process, from documentation and development to test and commissioning.
RequirementsBachelor or Master degree in automation engineering.
Experience from the development process covering documentation, development, test and commissioning.
Hands-on experience in PLC programming.
Experience working in large organizations.
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
Ability to complete a pre-assignment drug test.
Nice to haveExperience with Rockwell.
Experience with ePlan.
Experience with Aveva Intouch.
