Automation \& Control Engineer – Cutting \& Grinding Discs Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Automation \& Control Engineer specialized in industrial automation systems and manufacturing process control to join our team for the setup and operation of a cutting and grinding discs factory. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLC systems, industrial automation, process control, electrical systems, sensors, HMI/SCADA systems, and production line automation related to abrasive products manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain industrial automation systems.


• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems for production machinery.


• Develop and optimize automated production processes.


• Supervise automation systems for mixing systems, hydraulic presses, curing ovens, balancing machines, and packaging lines.


• Configure and maintain PLC controllers, HMI interfaces, and SCADA systems.


• Maintain motor control systems, VFDs, and industrial instrumentation.


• Improve production efficiency through automation solutions.


• Reduce machine downtime and process interruptions.


• Ensure automation systems comply with industrial safety standards.


• Prepare automation system documentation and reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.


• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial automation and manufacturing plants.


• Experience with automated production systems and industrial control systems.


• Experience in abrasive products manufacturing is preferred.
