We are seeking an analytically rigorous, systems\-driven Head of Trading \& Compliance to manage our core capital pool out of our head office. This role does not touch physical vehicles; instead, it serves as the ultimate financial and data\-driven cockpit for our entire European vehicle arbitrage network. Your primary mandate is to manage, enforce strict cross\-border EU tax compliance, and execute our 14\-day capital velocity loop—buying bulk vehicle lots from Spain/Hungary and invoicing them directly to German dealer groups.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in international trade finance, cross\-border commodity brokerage, or high\-volume B2B automotive remarketing (experience inside a Dutch *B.V.* corporate trading structure is highly preferred).
- Tax Expertise: Expert\-level understanding of EU destination\-based VAT mechanics, intra\-community supply laws, and the Reverse\-Charge mechanism.
- Technical Literacy: High comfort level working with low\-code automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, Airtable) and managing automated data pipelines.
- Languages: Full professional fluency in English and German is required. Working knowledge of German, Spanish, or Hungarian is a strong competitive advantage.
- Experience in B2B Sales AI Agents.
