Audit Senior Manager (Insurance) - Dublin

We're partnering with a leading international (Top 10\) professional services firm to appoint an Audit Senior Manager within its expanding Insurance practice.

This is an opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded insurance auditor to join a business investing heavily in its Financial Services offering, where you'll work with high\-profile insurance clients, lead complex engagements, and play a visible role in the future growth of the practice.

You'll work closely with Partners and senior leadership, influence the strategic direction of the Insurance team, and gain exposure to both domestic and international insurance markets through cross\-border assignments and collaboration across a global network.

About you:

• Qualified CA, ACA, ACCA, USCPA, CA(SA) or the equivalent


• 8\+ years of external auditing experience gained with an internationally organised public practice


• Strong Insurance Audit experience


• Excellent technical knowledge of IFRS, FRS 102 and Solvency II


• Experience leading large and complex audit engagements


• A commercial mindset and ability to build trusted client relationships


• A passion for developing and mentoring high\-performing teams
