Audit Senior Manager

Joining an established and expanding audit team based near Cheltenham, you'll take ownership of a broad client portfolio, lead on complex engagements, and serve as a trusted adviser to businesses ranging from ambitious growth-stage companies to well-established market leaders, spanning a wide range of industries.

What You'll Be Doing • Lead audit delivery for a portfolio of clients with turnover ranging from £1m to £100m, ensuring consistently high standards of quality and service

• Build trusted, long-term client relationships, acting as the go-to adviser on technical, commercial, and regulatory matters


• Take full ownership of service delivery across the portfolio, including remuneration planning and corporate group structure considerations


• Guide and support clients through significant corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising processes


• Play an active role in business development, both through nurturing existing client relationships and pursuing new audit and non-audit opportunities

What We're Looking For • ACA, CA, or ACCA qualified

• Solid and current technical knowledge across UK GAAP, IFRS, ISAs, and Companies Act legislation


• Confidence in business development and a demonstrable track record of managing and growing client relationships


• A proactive, self-sufficient working style, with the ability to take ownership and make sound decisions independently

Nice to Have • Experience managing a diverse client portfolio across multiple sectors

• Exposure to corporate finance or transactional advisory work within a practice setting
