The Role You will play a key role in delivering audits across a diverse portfolio of clients, while also supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to the overall success of the audit function.
You will:
- Plan, lead and complete audit assignments from start to finish
- Manage onsite audit fieldwork and ensure delivery against deadlines and budgets
- Supervise and review the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback
- Draft financial statements and management reports
- Identify risks and recommend improvements to client systems and controls
- Manage workflow and contribute to team development and performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven experience in audit within a practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple assignments
- Experience of leading small teams and mentoring junior staff
- Confident working in a digital audit environment (experience with audit software preferred)
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport
