So, what does it take to be a successful Admin Assistant? You'll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including answering calls, meeting and greeting customers, updating & filing records, processing invoices and sending out correspondence. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store's success.
We're looking for someone to join our friendly team, who is able to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, maintaining accuracy & attention to detail. An organised, pro-active approach is key - a skilled Administrator who's flexible and understands the changing needs of the store.

We are looking for people with great organisational and IT skills, superb time keeping, a professional and friendly approach and confidence in communicating at all levels.
Some of the key tasks are as follows -
- Provide customers with hearing aid aftercare information
- Utilise the IT systems as required
- Make aftercare calls and run reports
- Order stock and undertake stock checks
- Work to Specsavers Customer Service Standards
- Actively seek to improve your own skills and product knowledge
