We are looking for an AV Project Manager to join our growing team at Runtech. In this role, you will oversee projects and manage the delivery of installations, ensuring progress is effectively tracked and communicated throughout. You will be confident in both written and verbal communication.
You will be expected to solve problems proactively and make sound decisions without needing to escalate every issue to management. The role also involves regular coordination with engineers, clients and third parties, ensuring clear communication and smooth delivery on site.
You will take ownership of understanding each project comprehensively, even where information is initially incomplete or unclear, ensuring nothing is left ambiguous.
Skills Required:
- Experience in the Audio Visual or IT sector is essential
- Strong organisational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience in project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com and SharePoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive, driven, and resilient attitude
- Ability to interpret incomplete or unclear information and build a clear, accurate project scope
- Solution\-oriented mindset, with the ability to propose practical resolutions rather than escalate problems
- Strong focus on outcomes and delivery, ensuring tasks are fully completed rather than simply progressed
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast\-paced, high\-pressure environment
- Ownership of project timelines, ensuring deadlines are actively managed and met
- Transparent communication style, with the confidence to raise issues early and clearly, even when the message is difficult

Our office is based in Chiswick, London. Working hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We operate a hybrid working model, with three days based in the office or on\-site, and up to two days working remotely, subject to performance and project requirements.
