Audio Visual Events Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio, visual, and lighting equipment at events.
- Liaise with clients and event teams to ensure technical requirements are fully understood and delivered.
- Conduct pre\-event checks on AV equipment to ensure reliability during live events.
- Provide on\-site technical support and respond promptly to issues during events.
- Assist in the transportation, loading, and unloading of AV equipment.
- Maintain and ensure the safe storage of all AV equipment.
- Keep up to date with the latest AV technologies and best practices.
- Experience: Previous experience in live event production, AV installation, or technical operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating audio mixers, video switchers, projectors, LED screens, microphones, and lighting systems.
- Problem\-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a client\-focused approach.
- Teamwork: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Driving License: A full, clean driving license is desirable
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
