Locations: Liverpool | Leigh | Manchester | Warrington | Runcorn
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 DOE

We are currently looking for an experienced Audio Typist to join a busy and growing Personal Injury team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong legal administration and audio typing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting Solicitors with a varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening new files and issuing initial client letters


• Drafting legal documents and correspondence


• Preparing and submitting CNFs


• Compiling Briefs to Counsel and Court Bundles


• Assisting Solicitors with day-to-day case progression


• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files

Experience & Skills Required:

• Previous legal audio typing experience


• Personal Injury background preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines


• Excellent communication skills

Systems Used:

• LEAP Case Management System


• Philips Speech Live
