Asst. General Manager
Role:
\-Asst General FOH \& BOH proficient. (Live\-in is a possibility for the right candidate)
\-Personal license holder
You will support the Owner with all aspects of the successful management of the business.
With the desire to excel, succeed and win, you need to have a clear understanding of a high\-street venue including live music, themed events and be on trend with social media and kitchen proficient.
Assisting in promoting the business with great customer service, driving sales with new ideas and to help the profitability in this post pandemic era.
Exceptional standards in personal appearance and hygiene are key, as you will be the face of the business and must represent that at all times.
B.O.H training will be included as being part of the management team you will need to demonstrate confidence when taking over the kitchen to support the business.
This position is NOT a static management role. You will be highly active to support this business through its daily operations. As management you will be expected to work through bank holidays , weekends as standard and cover any staff shortages with limited notice.
Responsibilities:
To assist in all daily tasks to achieve a smooth running of the business, including but not limited to...
Setting up, cashing up, cellar management, banking, in\-house cleaning, stock control, online ordering, opening \& closing as a key holder etc
salary is negotiable with experience, training, full licence, live\-in and couples rates if offered.
5 day week minimum, 48\+hours per week, two days off running consecutively (together for couples)
