About the Role
You will step into a key role in larger strategic programs within a robotics environment, where early execution matters and several functions need to move in sync. Rather than only following plans, you will create clarity around defined workpackages, keep momentum high, and help turn technical progress into something that is ready for prototype builds and customer delivery.
The role sits close to R&D, Supply Chain Management, and Production, so you will work where engineering decisions, material readiness, build quality, and delivery planning come together. You will also help manage feedback from early customer systems and make sure corrective actions are identified and driven forward. If you enjoy coordinating complex work in a hands-on technical setting, this role gives you the chance to influence how products move from early phase to customer-facing delivery.
Job DescriptionYou will lead planning, execution, follow-up, and reporting for assigned workpackages, with clear ownership of scope, timing, and quality.
You will coordinate activities across R&D, Supply Chain Management, Production, and other stakeholders to keep project flow moving and remove roadblocks.
You will plan and oversee prototype builds, securing material readiness, build quality, and accurate documentation.
You will manage the assembly, configuration, and shipment of Customer Delivery Units, with focus on quality and on-time delivery.
You will drive actions during the early warning phase by identifying feedback from early customer systems and turning it into concrete corrective actions.
You will help create structure in a fast-moving technical environment where several parallel activities need to stay aligned.
RequirementsYou have experience in project coordination or project management within a technical or manufacturing environment.
You communicate clearly and can align stakeholders across different functions.
You have a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving.
You can manage multiple tasks in parallel without losing sight of priorities.
You bring curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to dive into details when needed.
