<h3>THE OPPORTUNITY</h3>
<p data-local-id="67304209a8fa" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true" data-pm-slice="1 1 []">NavVis creates mobile mapping devices that capture the physical world in high-fidelity 3D. The Mechanical Engineering team transforms concepts into tested, production-ready hardware, managing the full product lifecycle from prototyping to serial production. As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you will bring designs to life by printing, building, assembling, testing, and iterating on the mechanical systems powering our devices.</p>
<p data-local-id="18f764f2980f" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">You will join a small, collaborative mechanical engineering team in Munich and work closely with senior engineers who lead complex design work. Your focus will be hands-on execution: building prototypes, constructing and running test rigs, and handling medium-complexity design tasks. Your contributions will be visible from day one, with a clear growth path toward greater ownership, self-organization, and technical depth.</p>
