In this role, you combine strategic thinking with operational implementation strength:
- Responsibility for staff planning, staff forecasting and resource allocation for the entire calendar year to ensure the optimal deployment of our instructors
- Planning and coordinating the annual absences (vacation, months off, special leave) of our instructors
- Developing, implementing and maintaining structured, efficient HR processes in the area of Instructor Duty Management
- Creation of reports on working time development and capacity utilization
- Continuous improvement and digitalization of planning processes as well as collaboration on special projects in resource management
Ihr Profil
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, HR management or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in personnel planning / workforce planning, ideally within a complex or large organization
- Very good organizational skills and strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to people management
- Experience in developing, implementing or managing structured HR structures and processes
- Sure handling of planning and time recording systems as well as very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to act at both a strategic and operational level
- Own initiative, reliability, discretion and ability to work in a team
