We are seeking a Relationship Support candidate to play a key role in coordinating and managing tasks for artist and label campaigns, offering vital sales support, and overseeing the evaluation of services. Reporting into the Relationship Manager Lead based out of Mexico City, this role involves tracking campaigns and budgets, collecting key materials, and assisting with critical day-to-day responsibilities across the team. The ideal candidate will be adept at working cross-functionally between departments and within diverse systems. They are flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

<li>Relationship Management: Maintain close relationships with label day-to-day teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project deliverables. Weekly visits to key clients.</li>
<li>Campaign Coordination: Ensure all departments are equipped with the necessary tools and support to execute campaign plans effectively.</li>
<li>Communication: Share regular updates with both internal and external parties on campaign progress, priority release schedules, and other key initiatives.</li>
<li>Project Management: Ensure plans and campaigns stay on track, responding quickly to action items and maintaining momentum.</li>
<li>Campaign Execution: Ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Use reports and data to adapt quickly to emerging trends and increased fan activity, adjusting campaigns as needed.</li>
<li>Goal Setting: Work with the Relationship Lead to build benchmarks and set campaign goals at the start of each project.</li>
<li>Artist & Campaign Insights: Stay informed on both high-performing and developing artists, identifying opportunities to increase visibility and performance.</li>
<li>Company Knowledge: Serve as a reliable, knowledgeable source about company processes, ensuring smooth campaign execution.</li>
<li>Catalog Optimization: Help optimize label catalogs, especially around key tentpole moments.</li>
<li>Problem-Solving & Flexibility: Be prepared to jump in and tackle problems as they arise. Find creative solutions to keep projects moving forward. Demonstrate flexibility and balance in support of label needs.</li>
<li>Performance Reporting: Regularly prepare high-level performance reports on label, artist, and campaign results for the team.</li>

<li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management or campaign coordination. Previous experience product managing directly with labels, third-party agencies, or artist management teams is preferred.</li>
<li>Analytical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to track and interpret release performance, trends, and metrics.</li>
<li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to serve as a key liaison between artists, labels, internal teams, and external partners.</li>
<li>Organization: Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and resolving challenges quickly.</li>
<li>Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously. A highly organized professional that pays close attention to the details with the ability to multitask and prioritize to tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Proactivity: Ability to be proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take initiative.</li>
<li>Software Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools, release management software, and project management platforms is highly desirable. You are also experienced in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace Applications and are adaptable to new programs.</li>
<li>Motivation: You are passionate about the music business and have a desire to build a career in the industry.</li>
