You are a true team player who thrives on collaboration. With strong analytical skills, you can assess sophisticated situations, build a comprehensive understanding of political risks and opportunities and ensure Lilly's external activity is focused on what delivers most value.

Your excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—enable you to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, always looking for solutions and driving results with a strong sense of urgency.
