Associate Dentist
We are looking for an enthusiatic Dentist to join our amazing team at our newly refurbished very spacious 6 surgery practice either part time or full time. With over 1000 Google reviews at an average of 4\.8, we go above and beyond to ensure our patients are looked after.
We are a mixed NHS/Private practice with an ever growing private patient base. We have a highly regarded Implantologist placing implants who is happy to mentor associates. We offer specialist Endodontics with the use of a microscope who dentists refer to in\-house. In addition we offer MOS, sedation, Whitening, Bonding and are now a Platinum Invisalign Provider. An Invisalign provider would do very well at our practice as we have a huge demand for this As well as composite bonding.
We have two Intra Oral Scanners, Trios and Itero Lumina (latest version) which dentists use for both Invisalign and restorative work including Enlighten impressions. We have a large modern practice, SOE EXACT and clinipads.
The role is to take over an existing stable list of patients in a kind and relaxed practice where teamwork is the key. We have a stable staffing structure with an experienced PM and a fantastic Treatment Coordinator who works with each dentist to grow in the areas they want. She offers free consultations for Implants, Invisalign, Whitening and Aesthetic cases, takes photos and presents cases to dentists. She will follow up patients for you and support you in treating the cases you want. We market heavily allowing you to focus on your clinical work and drive patients to you.
2000\-4000 UDAs available at a very competitive UDA rate depending on number of days worked and up to £10k net privately income available per month at 55% rate paid to Associates.
Ideally we are looking for an associate who is minimum 2 years post FD who has completed the Invisalign course and can do Bonding to a high standard.
The role can be for 2\-4 days a week, 9am to 5\.45pm.
