Associate Dentist Saturday Mixed NHS/PVT
Bredbury Dental Centre, part of the A\&U Dental Group, is looking for a Locum dentist to join their highly experienced, energetic and forward\-looking team.
This practice started of as 3 surgeries, moved to 4 surgeries and now is an 8 surgery practice. This expansion has all happened over a few years with a vision of making Bredbury Dental Centre a leading dental provider not only in Manchester but the UK.
The group is supported by a finance and marketing department; and focuses heavily on clinical development through it’s development programme \- A\&U Evolve. We currently comprise of approximately 45 associates, 5 therapists and 2 foundation dentists. A number of specialists work in our group from endodontists to implant and oral surgeons that have hospital experience.
Our vision is to make every practice a specialist centre that focuses on the patient experience.
Role:
- 1000 UDA \+ private income. We are happy to show redacted data on associate performance. We are implement a drive behind marketing and online booking.
- Days: 5 days per week
- Opportunity to work on weekends with a proven track records with other associates that are currently work on the weekend.
- Established well\-maintained NHS and private patient list
- Start date end ASAP
- An experienced and supportive single\-site practice manager
- A strong lead dentist, Dr. Phil Jackson, who has been at the practice for nearly 20 years.
- £12,000\+ spent on marketing annually e.g. Google Ads
- 600\+ Google Reviews \& a strong focus on patient experience
- 8 surgery practice with an i\-Tero and Trios Scanner
- Fully digitalised currently using iPads in every surgery. iPads are used to show portfolios, visual animations and sign treatment plans
- A strong Clinical team spearheaded by the Clinical Director, including a lead dentist for every practice.
- Long\-serving, dedicated and highly experienced team
- 30 minute drive from Central Manchester and have a train station close by that is only a short walk to.
- Practice offers Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Facial Aesthetics, Implants, Oral Surgery plus Hygienist and Therapist.
- The practice has support of a Clinical Advisor.
- Regular catch\-ups with the Clinical Director/ Advisor
- A\&U Evolve, our own training initiative compromising of the opportunity to shadow, attend peer reviews and our annual conference.
- Associate Development Scheme \- course contribution of up to £1,000 available.
- Work with clinicians in our group to develop short term orthodontics skills.
- Develop facial aesthetics experience.
- Opportunity to train to provide sedation
- Observe and develop from an experienced minor oral surgeon
- Observe and learn implant dentistry from our in\-house implantologist
- Rotary Endodontics as standard
- X\-rays in every surgery
- Sectional matrix for use in posterior composites
- Use of a iTero and Trios Scanner (within the company)
