We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and patient\-focused Associate Dentist to join our newly converted private dental practice in the UK.
This is a fantastic chance to step into an established and well\-maintained patient list, supported by a large and loyal membership base, while playing a key role in the final stages of our successful transition to a fully private model.
This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long\-term patient relationships, delivering high\-quality dentistry, and contributing to the continued growth and development of a modern private practice.
The Role
You will be taking over an existing list of patients, ensuring continuity of care and providing an excellent standard of clinical treatment. In addition, you will work closely with the practice team to help support the final phase of the private conversion, helping patients transition smoothly and confidently into our membership\-based care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high\-quality general dental care to an established patient list
- Build and maintain strong, long\-term patient relationships
- Support the ongoing growth of the practice’s private membership base
- Assist with the final stages of the practice conversion to private dentistry
- Deliver excellent patient communication and treatment planning
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and reception team
- Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with GDC and CQC standards
- Established patient list from day one
