We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high\-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. As an Associate Dentist, you will work alongside a team of professionals in a supportive environment, utilising your expertise to deliver comprehensive dental services.

\*Responsibilities\*

• Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.


• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs.


• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals.


• Utilise medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.


• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.


• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.


• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.


• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.

\*Experience\*

• A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required.


• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified dentists.


• Would prefer experience in Invisalign and composite bonding for one of the positions.


• Strong knowledge of anatomy and dental procedures is essential.


• Familiarity with medical imaging technologies and CAD (Computer\-Aided Design) systems is advantageous.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.


• A commitment to providing exceptional patient care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.

Pay: £60,799\.00\-£150,657\.00 per year
