Associate job position at KT Dental in Kentish Town – North West London

About the practice:

KT Dental a 6 surgery practice with a sister practice Brecknock Dental a 9 surgery practice within 10 minutes walk from each other.

Combined we are a team of 20 Dentists and 3 Hygienists which is principal led.

This consists of:

§ 3 Hygienists who have been trained to treat stage 1 to 4 perio cases using our private perio pathway for patients motivated to stabilise their perio as well as carry out general hygiene work (Airflow and SnP).

§ 14 General Dentists who worked in a mixed environment with their own special interests – Invisalign, composite bonding, complex restorative/rehabs, facial aesthetics.

§ 1 Dentists with DWSI in endo working privately

§ 1 Implantologist and DWSI in oral surgery working privately

§ 1 Dentist providing NHS and private Orthodontics

§ 1 Orthodontist working privately

§ 2 Foundation Dentists

We have been approved FD/DFT training practice for 8 years, which means we have a structured practice and a trusted approach to supporting and developing our Dentists and staff.

We have a large support team to help you clinically and managerially which consists of:

§ 6 Full time receptionists

§ 16 Full time nurses

§ 1 full time practice manager and 1 full time assistant manager

We have a very low staff turnover and the support team on average have been there over 10 years.

All clinicians who start with us end up staying long term and those that start part time end up adding more days.

The practice is modern, interior designed, fully refurbished and is constantly maintained.

Every surgery has air\-conditioning, Sonos music, Belmont dental chairs and Bambach saddle chairs.

We are fully digital/paperless using Dentally (Medical history, NHS forms, private estimates and consent forms).

We have all the equipment you would need/expect to carry out great Dentistry, including electric hand pieces, sand blaster, Itero scanner, OPG, CBCT, Digital intra oral x\-rays, rotary endo, intra oral cameras and DSLR.

All of the general consumables and equipment is of a high standard, including Gaenial achord composite, G Premio bond, Gaenial universal flow composite, Doric impression material, Panavia, Fugi plus cement, sectional matrix bands etc.

Brecknock Dental is under 10 minute walking distance from 2 tube stations and 1 over ground station. There is also parking spaces a 2 minute walk away available to rent.

KT Dental is a 1 minute walk from the underground station and is opposite a bus stop.

About the job and you

§ 1 Full time or 2 part time positions available, where the days are flexible.

§ Start date anytime in August or September.

§ Mixed practice position where the number of UDAs is flexible.

§ We are looking for:

¨ someone who is willing to grow professionally in the terms of their clinical and communication skills, as well as someone who is financially motivated with a view to increase private revenue and reduce NHS UDA commitment.

¨ someone willing to invest in themselves with courses to achieve the above \- we can provide significant guidance on how to do so.

¨ someone willing to adopt a zoned diary when they are in the correct stage to do so.

§ We are willing to consider someone finishing Foundation training or requiring PVLE if they are like\-minded and willing to invest in themselves.

§ Sponsorship can be provided if necessary as we have an active sponsorship licence.

Pay: £60,000\.00\-£120,000\.00 per year
