*Warm leads only — you'll never make a cold call in this role.*
We're growing fast. Come grow with us.
WhyAML is a startup at the crossover of fintech and blockchain, and we're scaling quickly. That means more clients, more accounts, and more hours for the people who show up and do great work. This isn't a static part\-time gig — it's an entry point. The person we hire now has a real shot at being a full\-time, senior member of the team a year from now, with a book of accounts and responsibility to match.
If you want to grow at the pace you put in, this is built for you.
About WhyAML
WhyAML helps regulated businesses accept stablecoin (crypto\-backed digital currency) payments safely and compliantly. We help our clients navigate a fast\-growing space where they need a human they can trust to walk them through onboarding — not just a sales pitch. That's where you come in.
The Role
We're hiring one Client Relationship Associate to follow up with leads who are already warm — people who've attended our events, engaged with our CRM, or shown inbound interest. Your job is to build the relationship, answer their questions, and guide them through getting started with WhyAML. No prospecting, no door\-knocking, no cold lists.
Your growth path, mapped out:
- Days 1–60 (Onsite): Full hands\-on training. Learn the product inside out, shadow real client calls, get direct coaching from the team that built this company.
- Day 60\+ (Remote, flexible): Move to remote work with flexible scheduling. You're now running your own leads and building your own client relationships.
- Ongoing: As your book of accounts grows and your performance shows it, your hours grow with it. Strong performers are on a direct track toward full\-time — with more ownership, more accounts, and more pay to match.
What You'll Do
- Call and email warm leads from our CRM, events, and inbound campaigns — never cold outreach
- Explain what WhyAML does in plain terms and help prospects see the value for their business
- Be the friendly, reliable point of contact as new clients get onboarded
- Flag feedback and upsell opportunities back to our product and sales teams
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
- Experience in outbound/inside sales or phone\-based account management
- A confident, clear communicator who's a genuinely good listener
- Comfortable in a CRM and in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Self\-motivated — you can manage your own day without someone checking in constantly
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred, not required if you've got the experience
- Move fast, see impact fast. In a company our size, your work is visible — to clients and to leadership. No getting lost in a big org chart.
- Grow at your own pace. Hours, responsibility, and pay scale with your performance — not with tenure or waiting for a headcount approval.
- Get in early. The people who join now are the people who'll be running things as we scale. Early hires shape how this role — and this company — grows.
- Broad, hands\-on experience. You'll touch client relationships, CRM strategy, and product feedback loops — exposure you won't get in a bigger, more siloed company.
- A flexible start (10 hrs/week) with a real, stated path to more hours and full\-time work
- Competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses
- Direct mentorship and hands\-on experience in one of the fastest\-growing corners of fintech
- Hybrid setup: train in person, then work remotely
- A genuine seat at the table in a company that's still being built — your input matters here
