To strengthen our commercial organization, we are looking for an Associate Director of Sales Capture with a strong sales mindset and a solid technology background to lead complex Technology Sales opportunities for Products industry clients.

Functions

  • Lead end\-to\-end sales capture processes for large and complex technology opportunities, from opportunity identification and qualification through deal shaping and closure, with full ownership of revenue and sales quota.

  • Define, position, and present technology\-driven value propositions, integrating IT projects, cloud platforms, data and analytics, digital platforms, and managed services aligned with client business objectives.

  • Coordinate commercial, presales, and technical teams throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, solution architecture, and delivery approach.

  • Build and maintain senior executive relationships within Products industry clients, acting as a trusted commercial advisor and proactively generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute account and opportunity\-level commercial strategies, with direct accountability for pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and quota achievement.

  • Lead and manage commercial teams, setting clear sales objectives, monitoring performance KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in sales execution.

  • Oversee the preparation of complex technical and commercial proposals, working closely with solution architects, delivery leads, and technology partners.

  • Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with both the client’s technology roadmap and Accenture’s delivery capabilities.
Need to Have:
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in technology sales, sales capture, and business development roles within the technology sector.

  • Proven experience working in quota\-driven commercial environments with direct responsibility for revenue targets.

  • Experience selling technology solutions, IT projects, or digital transformation initiatives to Products industry clients.

  • Experience leading and coordinating commercial teams in complex sales cycles.

  • English level B2/C1\.

  • Native Spanish.

  • Experience selling large\-scale technology consulting services or end\-to\-end digital transformation programs.

  • Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, including C\-level executives.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, data and analytics solutions, AI, or digital platforms within enterprise environments.
