Unterstützen und Entlasten des Bereichsleiters, sowie der Abteilungsleiter durch Übernahme koordinativer, administrativer und fachlicher Aufgaben

Eigenständige Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Geschäftsreisen

Vor\- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen sowie Erstellung von Protokollen und Präsentationen

Bearbeitung vertraulicher Korrespondenz und professionelles Schnittstellenmanagement

Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen

Koordination interner Projekte sowie Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen

Kommunikation mit Geschäftspartnern und internen Fachabteilungen

Unterstützung bei der Optimierung administrativer und organisatorischer Prozesse

Was Sie mitbringen

Sie haben ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und/oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise eine Bankausbildung mit Erfolg absolviert

Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrungen in einer Assistenzfunktion im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen, Banken\- oder Versicherungsumfeld mit

Hohe organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Ihr analytisches Verständnis verbunden mit einer Affinität zu wirtschaftlichen Zahlen

Neben einem sicheren, professionellen Auftreten sind Diskretion, Loyalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Sie selbstverständlich

Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2\), jede weitere Sprachkenntnis ist von Vorteil
