<p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Position Overview: </strong>The </span><span data-contrast="auto">A</span><span data-contrast="auto">ssistant </span><span data-contrast="auto">V</span><span data-contrast="auto">ice </span><span data-contrast="auto">P</span><span data-contrast="auto">resident (</span><span data-contrast="auto">A</span><span data-contrast="auto">VP</span><span data-contrast="auto">), Site Activations and Special Projects</span><span data-contrast="auto"> will lead the overall site activation strategy </span><span data-contrast="auto">and implementation </span><span data-contrast="auto">for NYCEDC’s Sunset Park portfolio,</span><span data-contrast="auto"> including three key assets along the Southwest Brooklyn waterfront</span><span data-contrast="auto">. The Sunset Park portfolio </span><span data-contrast="auto">is </span><span data-contrast="auto">undergoing a generational transformation</span><span data-contrast="auto"> through redevelopment and investment</span><span data-contrast="auto">. The AVP’s focus will be on</span><span data-contrast="auto"> ensuring key assets </span><span data-contrast="auto">across two </span><span data-contrast="auto">campuses </span><span data-contrast="auto">(</span><span data-contrast="auto">the </span><span data-contrast="auto">Brooklyn Army Terminal and MADE Bush Terminal) </span><span data-contrast="auto">are activated through high-quality events, public programming, and strategic partnerships that strengthen asset branding</span><span data-contrast="auto"> and promotion</span><span data-contrast="auto">, support leasing </span><span data-contrast="auto">activities </span><span data-contrast="auto">and community engagement </span><span data-contrast="auto">goals, and generate revenue.</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">The role will also oversee </span><span data-contrast="auto">and manage </span><span data-contrast="auto">TV and film requests </span><span data-contrast="auto">and </span><span data-contrast="auto">related </span><span data-contrast="auto">onsite </span><span data-contrast="auto">activities, </span><span data-contrast="auto">and advance community engagement </span><span data-contrast="auto">and placemaking </span><span data-contrast="auto">through cultural programming and public art across the Sunset Park portfolio.
