Assistant to Sales Director

We are seeking a highly organised proactive sales support to work closely with the Sales Director in a faced paced commercial and technical environment. This role is a blend of sales support, bid administration and stake holder management helping to ensure the technical sales function operates efficiently and professionally.

Our client is an engineering company with a ground breaking product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales presentation, proposals, quotations and supporting documentation


• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and sales reports


• Coordinate customer meetings, demonstrations and technical workshops


• Support the preparation of responses to tenders


• Act as key point of coordination between customers , partners and internal teams


• Prepare regular sales, pipeline and performance reports

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a sales support ,commercial coordination or business support role. You will have a strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

£35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
