Assistant Team Lead Logistics – E\-fulfilment – Roosendaal

Are you an Assistant Team Lead with logistics experience who enjoys working in a busy e\-fulfilment environment?

At Active Ants in Roosendaal, you help keep the warehouse running smoothly and support the Team Leader in daily operations.

In this role, you lead and support a team of warehouse colleagues and make sure orders are processed and shipped on time in our automated distribution centre.

Location \& Hours

Location: Roosendaal
Hours: 40 hours per week, including day and evening shifts (weekends on rotation and night in consultation)

Salary

Up to €3,054\.07 gross per month (based on 40 hours, excluding 8% holiday pay)

• shift allowances for nights and weekends

• Support and guide a team of warehouse colleagues in daily operations


• Assist the Team Leader with planning and coordination of work


• Monitor priorities on the work floor and step in where needed (pick \& pack)

• 27 vacation days (based on full\-time employment)


• Travel allowance of €0\.21 per km (up to 25 km one way)

You work in a rotating shift schedule:

• 07:00 – 16:00


• 16:00 – 01:00

You also work weekends on rotation. In return, you receive shift allowances and compensation time.

The team

You work in the Pick \& Pack department at the heart of our e\-fulfilment operation. Together with your colleagues, Team Leaders and floor staff, you make sure orders are picked, checked and packed correctly.

We work with automated systems such as AutoStore and packing machines, but teamwork is what makes the process run smoothly.

Your profile

• MBO working and thinking level


• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations


• Leadership skills or natural ability to guide a team


• Flexible and willing to work shifts and weekends


• Experience with automated warehouse systems is a plus


• Good command of Dutch or English
