Job Details:

- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving budget targets, with effective cost control.
- Participate in monitoring store performance, understand key indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training the team to support their development and motivation.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team for high performance and exceptional customer service.

- Deliver and manage an exceptional customer experience by bringing waterdrop's brand values to life.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising across all areas.
- Support inventory management, deliveries, and overall store organisation for efficient operations.
- Plan and help organise in\-store events and promotional activities to improve performance and engagement (prospecting and negotiation).
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the store team, with other departments, and with customers.
- Support the Store Manager in promoting collaboration and consistency in store operations.
- Manage time and priorities in the store effectively.
- Ensure visits from the waterdrop management team are always a positive experience.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Be responsible for maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the store.
- Experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in an environment focused on customer service, product presentation, and commercial management.
- Understanding of the KPIs, targets, and performance of your store, and what can positively influence them.
- Ability to accurately report sales figures and store performance to the management team.
- Ability to manage and coach individuals and teams.
- Experience recruiting and training a high\-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Self\-motivated and committed to maintaining standards and achieving results.
- Ability to positively influence commercial and operational areas.
