For our store at Cardiff St Davids SC we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to lead the store, support the team and drive results.

• You’ll support the Store Manager in the day\-to\-day running of the store, coordinating the team, customer service and operations.


• You’ll drive sales by planning and monitoring sales initiatives and targets.


• You’ll analyse KPIs, costs and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.


• You’ll ensure the correct implementation of visual merchandising and store organisation to maximise sales opportunities.


• You will oversee stock and product management to ensure availability and the efficient flow of goods.


• You will lead by fostering communication, team commitment and customer focus.


• You will help with recruitment, induction and training, supporting the team’s integration and development.

• At least 3 years’ experience in fashion retail, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role, as a Key Holder or in store management support.


• Good command of English.


• Qualifications or experience in retail, fashion or related fields will be an advantage.


• Experience in KPI analysis and operational decision\-making will be an advantage.


• A passion for fashion and teamwork.
