Assistant Store Manager

O'Learys Spar Lissarda are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our management team in Lissarda.

Responsibilities for this role

• Overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the store.


• Collaborating with management team to maintain the highest store standards and drive sales throughout the entire store.


• Providing training, mentoring, and development opportunities for staff members.


• Managing merchandising and promotional changeovers within the store


• Supervising order receiving and stock control processes.

• Enthusiastic, good work ethic and strong interest in developing a career in grocery retail.


• Fully HACCP trained


• Min 2 years previous management experience in grocery retail with fresh food focus.


• Practical hands\-on approach to deliver top class customer service.


• Thrive and enjoy working in a fast\-paced environment.


• Committed to continually improving standards


• Demonstrate a desire to grow and undertake additional responsibility.
