Job Description:

At the end of this year, the House of Isabel MARANT will join the De Bijenkorf department store in Amsterdam, marking a new milestone in its international development and confirming the reach of its universe.

Isabel MARANT is looking for a full\-time Assistant Store Manager for its new retail space within the department store.

In this role, your missions will be the following:

You support the Store Manager in the organisation and management of the boutique

You manage and motivate a sales team

You ensure the achievement of individual and collective targets and oversee the organisation of the team on the sales floor

You are responsible for maintaining the premium image of the brand through sales excellence, customer welcome and client loyalty

You provide day\-to\-day training for the sales team as well as for new joiners

You contribute to the development of sales turnover and the achievement of monthly objectives

You analyse commercial indicators and oversee product requests, replenishment and stock management

You ensure compliance with the visual merchandising guidelines set by headquarters, as well as the overall upkeep of the store (cleanliness, maintenance, organisation, etc.)

Profile required:

You already have successful experience as an Assistant Store Manager within the luxury and fashion industry

You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills

You are proactive, versatile and highly organised

You are comfortable with figures and KPI management

You have strong commercial awareness and are CRM\-oriented

Fluency in English is essential

Dutch language skills are a plus
