About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our boutique, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive sales performance while upholding the brand’s luxury standards

Main Duties Will Include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in the day\-to\-day running of the boutique.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a luxury shopping experience.

  • Assisting in achieving sales targets and maximizing store performance.

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to maintain high standards.

  • Supervising store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Managing stock levels, inventory control, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and resolving issues professionally.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health \& safety regulations.

  • Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Maintaining the store’s presentation and ensuring the brand image is consistently upheld.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably within luxury fashion.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Passion for customer service and luxury retail.

  • Commercial awareness and a results\-driven approach.

  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays when required.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £15\.00\-£16\.00 per hour
