We're looking for talented people to join our teams and develop our brand.
Come and join Mariana, the Store Manager, and support her in her day\-to\-day responsibilities while contributing to the success of the shop on Fernando Street in Madrid.
The team is made up of 5 people.
As your manager's right\-hand man, you are ready to:
1\. Achieve and surpass your goals with passion
- Deliver a unique and personalized customer experience
- Build strong, trusting relationships with customers
- Take on business challenges to achieve targets and objectives
- 2\. Pay attention to the details of your shop
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and maintain high store standards
- Manage back\-office operations and key processes (inventory, deliveries, replenishment, stock management, etc.)
- Support your manager with leadership and operational responsibilities
- 3\. Learn, develop and inspire your team
- Support team training and skills development
- Share the brand’s values and DNA through your daily actions
- Continuously strengthen your product knowledge and expertise
- Foster team engagement through collaboration, transparency, and mutual support
- Demonstrate ambition, encourage team loyalty, and strive for excellence every day
