Summary
A unique opportunity has arisen within our fast growing company BMZ Dynamix Limited, Franchise partner to the UK’s leading 4G network EE. We are looking for an experience Sales Professional who is self\-motivated, driven, capable and hungry to close sales, hit store targets and earn commission/bonus.
Principal Functions
A sales focused role, with leadership responsibilities to support the Store Manager. To lead, engage and develop a highly knowledgeable and skilled sales team. To support and role model a brilliant in store experience which delivers commercial success.
Main Duties
- Support your Store Manager to deliver against store KPI’s, engaging and developing a highly skilled and competent sales team.
- To achieve individual success which contributes to the successful delivery of the commercial key performance indicators of the store, being jointly responsible for store sales performance
- Be accountable for delivering high performance by achieving sales targets, KPI’s and objectives.
- Ensure BMZ Dynamix delivers a ‘world class’ customer experience in every interaction in your store as measured by customer satisfaction results (NPS).
- To create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable to explore all the products and services that we have to offer through establishing the purpose for their visit by building a great rapport.
- Take ownership for the customers experience by utilising the resources available to offer a satisfactory resolution for every customer complaint, seeking and acting upon feedback to improve individual \& store performance for sales \& service measures
- Help our customers stay connected through effective demonstration and explanation of our connected products and services and lead this with your team
- Ensure your store complies with the customer standards and processes as required.
- To understand, and support your manager in driving and improving all areas of operational compliance, efficiency and security, ensuring that your store adheres to policy, process and procedures and providing a safe working environment for both colleagues and customers
- To maintain up to date detailed knowledge of all products, services and propositions and competitor offerings, to ensure customer needs are fully met through your expertise and so you can provide robust and regular feedback to your Store and General Manager, ensuring feedback from our customers and colleagues is represented in an effective way
Essentials:
- The candidate needs to be self\-motivated, driven, competent, capable and hungry to close sales and earn commission/bonus.
- Strong evidence of delivering long term commercial results through a high performing team whilst also delivering exceptional service
- Experience of working within a high performance culture, continuously achieving sales objectives and KPI’s
- Strong coaching and development skills with team as well as setting medium and long term plans
- Effective listening skills that deliver against customer needs
- Evidence of attaining and exceeding service related team targets
- Great at networking and building genuine and productive relationships.
- A passion for communications technology
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£42,000\.00 per year
