Overview

We are looking for a passionate, driven and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our busy salon.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, loves leadership, understands client experience and wants to help grow both a team and a business.

You will play a key role in maintaining salon standards, motivating the team, driving performance and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.

\#\# Duties \& Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day\-to\-day running of the salon


• Lead, motivate and support the salon team


• Ensure exceptional client service and salon standards are maintained


• Monitor team performance, targets and productivity


• Support team growth through coaching and development


• Assist with staff rotas and daily organisation


• Help grow salon revenue through strong client experience and retail/service performance


• Maintain high presentation and operational standards throughout the salon


• Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally


• Support salon marketing, social media and business growth initiatives

✨ Previous salon management or senior stylist experience preferred

✨ Strong leadership and communication skills

✨ Passion for the hair industry and client care

✨ Confident in cutting, colouring and styling

✨ Organised, proactive and solution\-focused

✨ Ability to motivate a team and create positive salon culture

✨ Commercial awareness and understanding of salon targets/KPIs

✨ Professional, reliable and driven to grow
