ASSISTANT SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (HONG KONG BASED)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the development and execution strategic of sales \& marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including creating comprehensive campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility, attract potential buyers and generate sales leads
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities / untapped markets to drive sales growth and increase buyer engagement while building strong relationship with agents and business partners
- Conduct thorough market research \& analysis and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and potential market segments to boost sales and marketing effectiveness
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing and operations for optimal business outcomes
- Prepare and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for management review to inform strategic decision\-making
- Degree holder in Marketing or business related disciplines
- 4\-5 years' progressive experience in sales and marketing, preferably with in\-depth understanding and demonstrated success in UK real estate sector
- A self\-motivated good team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi\-task and thrive in high pressure environment
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with good command of Mandarin
- Station in Hong Kong
