A respected local estate agency in South West London is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator to join its local branch: Support sales performance, build strong client relationships, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

- Leadership skills and experience supporting or mentoring colleagues
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building ability
- Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of the South West London property market, ideally Morden and surrounding areas
- Positive, proactive and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence essential
