This fantastic opportunity has become available for a driven and talented leader to join our team as Assistant Sales Manager at our premium operation in Basingstoke. This is a pivotal, hands\-on role where you will bridge the gap between sales strategy and showroom execution, driving volume, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

You will sell, lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team. Communicating, team building, and coaching your colleague will all be part of your daily role to ensure the highest standards of our premium brand are maintained.

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£70,000\.00 per year
