We are now looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team.

The Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in leading the day\-to\-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, strong team leadership, and exceptional guest experiences at every stage of the journey.

This is a hands\-on role for someone who leads confidently from the floor and thrives in a busy premium dining environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior floor leader within a premium restaurant


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Passion for hospitality and guest experience


• Organised, hands\-on, and calm under pressure


• Financial awareness and operational understanding


• Must have current right to work in the UK
