Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.


• Assist in training team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and service standards.


• Oversee food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.


• Manage customer service interactions, ensuring guests receive high\-quality hospitality and service.


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders.


• Supervise serving staff during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional guest experiences.


• Assist in inventory management, including stock control and ordering supplies as needed.


• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment throughout the restaurant.

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations.


• Supervising experience within a restaurant setting is essential; team management skills are highly valued.


• Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes.


• Hands\-on experience with cooking, culinary techniques, or barista work is desirable.


• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.


• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous.
