Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent service delivery


• Support food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and safety regulations


• Oversee bartending activities, ensuring responsible alcohol service and engaging guest interactions


• Lead and motivate team members, including serving staff, kitchen personnel, and bartenders, fostering a positive work environment


• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and food production guidelines


• Manage guest inquiries or complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction


• Assist with training new staff members on restaurant protocols, food handling, and customer service expectations

Experience

• Proven supervising or team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment


• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations


• Hands\-on experience in bartending, serving, or barista roles is highly desirable


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams


• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production


• Previous restaurant or hotel experience that demonstrates adaptability and customer focus


• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
