About Us:

Ivy \& Vine is an exciting new Mediterranean restaurant in Celbridge. We are bringing vibrant flavours, fresh ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere to our guests and we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations


• Oversee staff and ensure excellent customer service


• Manage inventory and stock levels


• Support the bar team, including cocktail preparation


• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role


• Experience with bar operations and cocktail making is preferred


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
